Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older,
are treasury and finance practitioners attending the 2025 Northwest Summit,
and are physically present at the 2025 Northwest Summit on May 8, 2025. No
purchase is necessary to enter or win. All fields in form required to be eligible.

Entry Period: Entries must be made via scanning the QR code and filling out
all fields on the online entry form on May 8, 2025, between 7:30 am PT and
3:30 pm PT.

Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded:

1) One Treasury Suite Bank Fee Benchmark Report: Treasury Suite will
provide its unique benchmarking report that includes benchmarking up
to 12 months of one bank’s account analysis statements (one statement
grouping only if there are more than one statement group at bank).

2) Wireless Charging Stands: 3-in-1 charging stands include a charging
pad for phone, AirPods® and Apple Watch® devices.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other
alternatives.

Winner Selection: The winner of the Treasury Suite Bank Fee Benchmark
Report will be selected at random and will be announced during lunch or
during one of the breaks by the Northwest Summit conference organizers.
The winners of the wireless charging stands will be selected at random and
will be announced at the Treasury Suite booth and contacted via email
throughout the day of the conference. Winners must claim prizes prior to 5
pm PT the day of the conference.

A list of winners will be available at the Treasury Suite booth.

Limitations: Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be
disqualified. Treasury Suite reserves the right to verify eligibility and to
disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or
violating the rules.
