Treasury Best Practices for Higher Education

Susan is a Certified Treasury Professional with more than 20 years of experience in treasury operations and cash management. She currently serves as Finance & Treasury Manager at The George Washington University, where she focuses on cash strategy, forecasting, and financial analysis to support institutional decision-making. Prior to GW, she spent two decades at a Northern Virginia government contractor supporting global cash management, M&A, and treasury operations.

Jeff has over 15 years of higher education treasury experience at Vanderbilt University, Amherst College and most recently Wake Forest University. Prior to higher education, Jeff spent five years in public accounting focusing on higher education and banking clients. He holds a CPA and CTP license.

Rick is head of Morgan Stanley Global Liquidity’s platform business. Rick joined Morgan Stanley Investment Management in 2006 and has 19 years of industry experience. He has been within the Global Liquidity organization since 2009 and has been responsible for building out the Liquidity Platform business for the past nine years. Rick received a B.S.B.A from the University of Richmond.

Wade has 30 years of treasury and cash management experience leading treasury teams of multi-national public companies and has over 15 years in fintech development and innovation focused on treasury and cash management technology. He graduated in finance from the University of Utah, studied international law and Japanese at Kansai Gaidai University, and holds an MIM/MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
